Evette ----- Barb Kelley Mrs. Mason-Dixon's maid
Horton Smedley ----- Jim Sherrick, Loathesome villain if it's bad, he's done it. A riverboat gambler.

The entire action of the play takes place in the drawing room of Magnolia Plantation. The year is 1870. The Civil War has been over for five years.
